How I Quit Smoking

Everything is always a "work in progress", finding new things to do and get those creative juices flowing.

First of all,  I hated the smell and the cough.  Then I hated the price.  But smoked so long.  Real hard@!

Finally chose to quit, no matter what!  Tried all my own things, and it worked.  Change your patterns now.

    Take lots of deep breaths and drink lots of fluid.

Brush your teeth with the opposite hand, 3X each day.

Take walks or just be outside in fresh air each day.

Start new habits, knitting, reading, music, talking and...
